Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare closing documents for first mortgages ensuring quality, accuracy of closing fees and proper closing conditions.
2. Perform loan data entry and send closing packages in adequate timeframes to ensure excellent customer service.
3. Responsibilities also include ensuring funding procedures are followed and preparation of HUD-1 statement.
4. Maintain a closing pipeline by completing documents in a minimum of three business days in advance of closing, adhering to wire cut off times, clearing deficiencies with Investors, and adhering of complete time frames to post close.
Necessary Skills and Attributes
1. 1 to 3 years mortgage closing experience
2. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
3. Self-starter - ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills
Salary Range: -Commensurate with Experience
