As one of our Regional Operations Coordinators, you will be working as the point person of our Regional Operations Team.
You are responsible for the logistical positioning of our Ag Technicians, collaborating with other Coordinators for day-to-day and weekly work plans, training of Ag Technicians and other tasks related to Precision Agriculture.
To perform this work, your skill set should include:
High level of flexibility/adaptability (things are changing daily, daily challenges, etc); Ability to deal with daily challenges (there's always something new to handle); Attention to detail; Positive & Proactive leadership; Commitment to a team mentality (work together for the best end result for all); What Do We Offer:

High level of motivation & organization; Ability to logic through issues & effectively troubleshoot remotely; Competence with technology (email, Excel, Google Drive, handheld GPS unit, Google Earth, website platforms, GIS software, precision ag applications); Ability to learn new systems and instruct on proper usage/maintenance/troubleshooting of tools & technology; Precision Ag, human resources, management, logistics experience helpful; Location:
