The qualified candidate will be able to manage the territory for rapid profitable growth, utilizing proven sales skills and a knowledge of Industrial coatings.
We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual whose primary focus will be building and maintaining customer relationships, while utilizing the Endura sales plan to develop and close sales opportunities within their territory.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Discovering and qualifying new target accounts Develop working relationships with multiple key level decision makers and customers Coordinate sales efforts with production, logistics, accounting, and the technical group Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products Process customer orders in ERP system Lifting and moving product up to 70 pounds Customer order fulfillment and delivery Maintain a neat and orderly workspace, including vehicle Maintain safe and ethical working environment Requirements:
Presentable and articulate, excellent customer service, strong verbal and written communication Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Knowledge of current Microsoft office applications Ability to work with a team as well as independently Ability to lift 80 pounds Must possess a valid driver's license Must pass a hair drug/toxins test and a background check Salary:
$45-55K based on experience, with a sale commission plan.
