We are currently seeking candidates for a Customer Care Specialist position in our Sales Support department at our corporate offices in Waterloo, IA.
This unique, customer service opportunity involves:
Receives incoming calls and orders from customers throughout the United States to facilitate the ordering of products and services.
Processes orders received over the web, email, faxes, mail and phone.
Analyzes documents used in ordering process for accuracy and calculates price and checks for other related item specifications.
Serves as key contact for customer's questions on balances, billing, and order status information.
Customer engagement, with outbound calls, for order reminders, current promotions or other products and services education.
Normal hours will be:

, Monday Friday.
Starting Pay range is $15.
500 to $18.
25 per hour commensurate with experience.
We seek candidates with the following credentials:
Previous customer service or related experience.
Some Post-Secondary Education preferred.
Excellent speaking and listening skills.
Quality and accuracy oriented, with data-entry, business math and computer skills.
Flexibility in a team environment.
