Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is responsible for all administrative support functions of the Human Resources Department.
This position will play a key role in maintaining our HRIS system and employee data.
Our Director of Human Resources will provide oversight and direction for this position.
This position is a great opportunity to gain exposure to many different facets of HR as well - from recruiting to onboarding to employee engagement.
To be successful as a HR Coordinator you must have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a high attention to details and organization, have a growth mindset, and serve as a champion of the POS culture.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Full cycle recruitment responsibilities for all non-exempt associates.
Represent POS at career fairs and other community events.
Develop recruitment plans and strategies that support succession planning.
Coordinate and lead all activities that pertain to the Wellness and Engagement programs at all locations.
Maintains employment records for all employee files.
Establishes new employee files and processes terminated records, completes documentation as requested.
Processes employee record changes, creates a variety of employee reports and maintains a variety of employee logs.
Maintains the HRIS for employee information and generating reports when needed.
Coordinates distribution of human resources information and communication to employees at all locations.
Assists in regards to all benefit administration, coordination, and processing.
Conducts audits of various payroll and benefits or other HR programs.
Organize Employee Performance Review schedule and communications.
Promotes and supports employee utilization of HRIS self-service portal.
Serves as a resource for general employee questions.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
BA Degree or 2 yr.
degree in Human Resources, Business or related field 1-2 years HR experience preferred (internships qualify) High degree of professionalism and confidentiality High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette A strong growth mindset Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Auditing Communication Confidentiality Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
