Job Description:
The service department dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and directing the daily assignments of the service technicians to serve the needs of our customers.
Job Duties:
Create a positive service experience with each customer.
Schedule all customer services calls.
Schedule technicians and coordinate scheduling of return visits if needed.
Work with Estimators to get technicians scheduled for project work.
Communicate with technicians every day to ensure all tickets are being addressed and completed.
Ensure all parts are ordered through the purchasing agent and communicate updates on parts with customers, technicians, and document them in the computer database.
Ensure the customer database is updated and accurate.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Assist with billing of service calls.
Assist customers on billing questions, service requests, and answer questions with a positive attitude.
Assist with marketing flyers, email drips, and mailings.
Skills:
Exceptional Customer Service Very good working knowledge of computer programs, customer databases, and scheduling tools Strong organizational skills Excellent communicator with the ability to follow through Experience with HVAC is an asset but not required If interested, you must stop in to apply at:
