2K a year Dust, sweep, and mop! Friendship Village Retirement Community is searching for an experienced janitor to provide overall cleaning of the common areas of our campus.
This person will work with our housekeeping team to clean spaces used by the residents and staff of Friendship Village The main duties for this position will include cleaning lobbies, conference rooms, hallways, entry ways, laundry, stairwells, emptying trash, and other assigned duties.
Successful candidates will have high standards of cleanliness and great attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of how to use different cleaning products Ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds Ability to bend, stretch, lift, and move equipment such as vacuum cleaner or cart Applicants are subject to pre-employment testing and screening Hours:
Full and part time hours available.
Monday through Friday with occasional holidays and weekends.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
