The Advisor assists service customers with their vehicle needs as well as recommended vehicle services and communicate with the customer throughout their visit with us.
Pay will vary based as it has a base and commission built in, our average advisor makes $70,000-80,000.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner, at their vehicle.
Keep in contact with customers as required.
Consulting with technicians about needed repairs.
Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up Answer phones and set appointments as needed.
Maintain high CSI scores.
Provide estimates of labor & parts.
