Summary:
Communicates with customers and provides product and service information for dealers and processes orders.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the immediate/acting leadership.
Talks with customers by phone and receives orders via fax for processing, changing, or consolidation.
Provides product and shipping information to dealers via phone.
Processes all orders for new products or replacement parts.
Completes credit memos, enters RGA data, and works with delivery information.
Keyboarding skills are required on a regular basis.
Quality:
All associates have the responsibility to meet all of the requirements for their work processes the first time, every time; nonconformance is not acceptable.

Required Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret line graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
The associate is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
