Job Description:
Gen Supervisor I / Warehouse Clerk:
Duties:
Utilize SAP transactions to support all aspects of material delivery process, including shipping and receiving within the warehouse.
You will ensure the production personnel have the parts they need in order to produce the desired products.
Work closely with several functional areas including operations, engineering, supply management and material flow.
You will need the ability to multi-task and work within a team in a fast-paced atmosphere.
You will supervisor a few material handlers and ensure they achieve objectives of safety, quality, efficiency and delivery.
You will administer employee policies, practices, procedures and work direction and then monitor performance and take corrective action including discipline as needed.
Establish employee environment regarding communications, feedback and overall guidance.
Coordinate continuous improvement activities and resolve various system, parts, people or process issues.
Skills:
Material Flow; Warehousing; Just in time delivery; SAP experience; Team Player; Multi-tasking and Prioritization Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a Manufacturing/Business environment Work
Experience:
Warehousing; Manufacturing; Operations; Supply Chain Interviews will be conducted onsite or via MS Teams.
Business casual dress code.
Will need metatarsals for first day.
