Typing/Spelling Pricing Tax Codes Tax Exemptions Margins Enter into computer and maintain hard copy files of:
Current pricing for all the vendors we sell Customer quotations Customer sales tax exemption certificates Check incoming customer purchase orders (price, stock number, tax status), advise customer of any changes.
Provide current pricing to sales personnel as requested; keep sales personnel and drivers advised of price changes from Vendors.
Manually price non-stock invoices per vendor price sheets.
Maintain files of rental equipment in customers' possession and bill accordingly.
Format Excel price sheets from Vendor and change pricing in system and on customer accounts as necessary.
Third in line for telephone answering, will ring at your desk automatically if other two phones are busy.
SECONDARY Help with mailing statements monthly.
Key in invoices when needed.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
SKILLS PREFERRED Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word and Excel Multi-line phone experience Customer Service.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Hours are 8am - 5 pm M-F with a 1 hr unpaid lunch from 12:
30 - 1:
30 pm each day.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
