3K a year North Star Community Services provides quality services and a fun and positive environment and experience for the people we serve and our employees! The Day Habilitation Program is currently seeking a Medication Person/Lunch Supervisor/Part Time - 20 hours a week/Monday thru Friday 10:
00am to 2:
00pm to dispense medication and assisting with serving lunches to persons with disabilities in the Waterloo Center.
Responsibilities include:
dispense medication provide supervision to persons eating lunch to ensure safety, and to assist as needed communicate with family members and other care providers as directed (i.
e.
, communication logs, etc.
) report incidents and other safety issues to supervisor Qualifications and Required Training:
Applicants must be physically able to assist persons served as needed High School Diploma or equivalent Training or experience working with people who have disabilities (helpful) Meet requirements for driving record and background checks NOTE:
This position requires physical abilities that include one or more of the following (this is not a comprehensive list):
pushing or pulling persons in wheelchairs, transferring persons weighing at least 100 pounds to and from wheelchairs with another staff person, lifting 40 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, kneeling motions, physical interventions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
