The Store Manager will provide oversight of the daily operations of the thrift store, including product flow management, supervision of employees and volunteers, data tracking and budget management.
Our full-time One Vision Thrift Store Manager will earn a competitive compensation package including a sign-on bonus and referral bonus program after hire.

As the One Vision Thrift Store Store Manager, you will work alongside an amazing team to promote and share One Vision's Mission.
The Store Manager also ensures quality customer, donor, and staff interactions.
Maintains a clean, safe, positive store environment.
Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and makes adjustments for desired goals.
Qualifications:
5
years of retail sales experience 3
years of leadership/management experience, including 1 year of running a retail store, preferably thrift related.
Experience in financial and inventory management and merchandising High School Diploma/GED Strong Communication Skills Ability to maintain strong working relationships with team members, including training and developing new skills.
Ability to perform physical activities of kneeling, lifting large items, bending, carrying, reaching, pushing/pulling, standing for periods of time and walking on a frequent basis Schedule Our One Vision Thrift Store Manager is expected to be available to work the hours the store is open (10am- 6pm).
This could include days or evenings, Monday through Saturday.
The store is closed on Sunday and all major holidays.
