This includes establishing, enforcing and monitoring child and medical support orders, as well as processing support payments.
We also offer programs across the state to increase and enhance the involvement of parents with their children.
We assist with resources for employment to help paying parents find work, offer programs to facilitate access and visitation, and partner with several programs to facilitate parenting programs.

30, Mon-Fri This position is located within the Central Region Child Support Program and performs administrative office duties and casework activities as a member of an office team for parents in need of paternity, medical and support establishment, modification of an existing order, enforcement and monitoring of support orders.
We are looking for someone who is respectful, positive, and a quick learner who has a passion for serving and supporting families through the life of their order.
Responsibilities include communicating with a variety of community partners including human service agencies, attorneys, clerks of court, county sheriffs, employers, corrections, and other related entities to achieve the goals of the Child Support Program.
Provides information and responds to questions with case parties.
This person will encounter customers who may be reluctant to cooperate with Child Support.
A large part of child support work requires communicating with customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
We are looking for a case manager with a personality that can build relationships with parents and work with them to ensure they are successful.
This position requires a person who can read and comprehend complex instructions including federal, state and local laws, policy and procedures applicable to the Child Support Program and apply it to child support casework.
We seek someone to assist in the implementation of local program goals and objectives for achieving statewide success for the Child Support Program.

Minimum Qualification Requirements Applicants must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements to qualify for positions in this job classification:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in any field.
A total of four years of education (as described in number one) and/or full-time experience in accounting, secretarial, or office support work collecting, compiling, reporting, examining and/or editing numerical data; coding and qualifying people for benefits, licenses, or other transactions; preparing and keeping budgetary accounts and projections; organizing and implementing office support operations; advising on procedural processes; or other work that provided direct support and exposure to substantive agency programs, where one year of full-time experience is equal to 30 semester hours of education.
