Summary:
Coordinates wellness and family activities for Bertch associates by performing the following duties.
This position works part time on 1st shift at our on-site gym.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the immediate/acting leadership.
Assists in planning and implementing a variety of activities for Bertch associates.
Enters and updates Center membership information in Excel.
Assists in planning and implementing incentive programs to promote wellness and fitness.
Cleans and maintains fitness facility and equipment.
Operates and maintains cleanup of tanning areas.
Provides all Center members with a positive attitude and good customer service.
Assists Wellness Coordinator with other duties as deemed necessary.
Utilizes the following software on a daily basis:
Microsoft Word and Excel.
Provides support to the Human Resource and Sales Departments by assembling catalogs, benefits packets, orientation packets, creating ID badges, etc.
Quality:
All associates have the responsibility to meet all of the requirements for their work processes the first time, every time; nonconformance is not acceptable.

Required Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma and one to two years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
Certifications/Licenses Maintains current CPR/First Aid instruction to assist in instruction of the same to Bertch leadership/associates.
Must have a valid Driver's License and able to drive company vehicles.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
The associate frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The associate is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
