Your Responsibilities Work to ensure employees are aware of, understand, and know how they can impact the goals for their Business Unit.
Provide communication support to departments, employee directed group, and managers to assist in identifying communication needs and messaging.
Your Job Duties Deliver communications and graphic elements to internal and external partners that align with organization's goals Plan, edit, and manage communications and activities for Waterloo Operations Adhere to brand standards and tone when creating digital signage, printed content, digital content, and videos Assist in identifying communication needs and messages Assist in executing communication activities for Waterloo Operations (creation of materials for events, photography, video, etc.
) Serve as liaison with suppliers Other duties as assigned What Skills You Need Strong written and verbal communication skills High working knowledge of Adobe Suite software Familiarity with design concepts and principles High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills What Makes You Stand Out Photography and camera skills Video filming and editing skills X20 experience SharePoint design experience Education Bachelors degree in Communications / Graphic Design / Business discipline or equivalent work experience Competencies Adaptability Communicating with Impact Making Sound Decisions Communicating with Impact Engaging & Inspiring Stimulating Innovation Description:
Uses various communication media to share function-related information with appropriate audiences (internal and/or external) ensuring audiences are aware of, understand, and know the impact of the information.
Duties:
Provides detailed communication plans to ensure key audiences receive key messages in regards to current projects, events, or changes impacting the business.
Develops strategic communication content that impacts the knowledge and understanding of key projects, events or business changes.
Works with multiple media such as video, design, print.
Oversees project plans and key milestones for projects that are integral for the enterprise/division/unit and supporting the company's business objectives.
Develops and manages a variety of communication tools to ensure key messages reach appropriate audiences (internal/external).
Writes, develops and coordinates unit/division/function initiative messages (i.
e.
, presentations, letters, etc.
) for senior leadership for global distribution to ensure timely, accurate, aligned communication is executed in a way that meets Company and audience requirements.
