Position Summary:

VGM Insurance Services is seeking anAdministrative Assistant to support senior executives of this organization.The right candidate must be detail oriented, committed to success and should be self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Duties Include:
Maintaining calendars for senior executives, arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences and coordinating travel.
Booking travel and completing expense reports.
Greeting customers on the telephone or in person and answering or referring inquiries.
Preparing confidential reports and correspondence, scheduling projects, and setting deadlines/completing dates.
Responsible for office management, maintaining office supply inventory, monitoring and ordering supplies as needed.- if !supportLists ->
Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of administrative experience with strong writtenand verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook,report writing and formatting, supply management, scheduling, knowledge oftravel logistics, professionalism, confidentiality, organization, multi-taskingand ability to meet deadlines.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
