JOB SUMMARY: This individual provides day-to-day supervision of managers to ensure program quality, new program development and customer service performance. Collaborates with Executive Director to effectively evaluate management staff. Provides support for professional development opportunities. Ensures operational compliance with state and federal regulations. Evaluates, develops, communicates, and implements process improvements. Assists Executive Director in advocating for resources for program development through the creation of an atmosphere of innovation and risk-taking for staff. Assists Executive Director with budget management and analyzing and evaluating financial performance for the division. Reviews data to ensure accuracy for MIS data reporting. Promotes internal communication to ensure effective teamwork. Serves on institutional committees as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree with three years of applicable work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and working to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and make effective presentations to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated skill to work in a collaborative manner to ensure teamwork. Working knowledge of budget development and fiscal monitoring. Working knowledge of policy and contract development and administration. Knowledge of business and industry training needs. Demonstrated organizational skills. Demonstrated skill in professional report writing. Must be detail oriented. Ability to travel to and from appointments. Preferences include demonstrated ability to evaluate organizational effectiveness, proven experience in continuous process improvement, and database and spreadsheet work experience.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full time position opening with a comprehensive benefits program including health, dental, life, and LTD insurance; a Section 125 plan for medical and dependent care expense; holiday, personal, sick, and vacation leave; and a choice of retirement programs--IPERS (defined benefit) or TIAA-CREF (defined contribution). Salary will be commensurate with the applicant's education and experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
