Carrying out service requests such as creating cash for clients, changing beneficiaries and ownerships, handling some of the client questions and transactions;
Assisting Financial Planners and researching and developing client meeting presentation materials;
Following-up on both individual and firm-generated leads;
Completing internal business tracking logs and verifying transaction accuracy.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficient in Business and Finance tools;
Product knowledge in REITs, Annuities, Managed Accounts, 529, 401k, etc.;
Previous sales and service experience;
Series 7, and Series 66, or the ability to acquire;
CFP designation is a plus;
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
