Our Client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the program in Waterloo, IA.
Job Description:
Plans, coordinates and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process of limited scope.
Duties:
Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current operations.
Investigates, gathers and analyze data for specifically assigned, recurring tasks.
Establishes routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs of limited scope.
Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope.
Works with electronic tools to perform engineering functions.
Develops and implements plans of limited scope to support lean manufacturing.
Designs operations layouts to improve material flow and material presentation.
Participates in team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity and efficiency.
Implements new manufacturing processes and technology.
Modifies existing performance pay plans; assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans.

Experience:
Leading Continuous Improvement Projects
Determining and implementing line balance splits
Working with Capital Projects
Working with Supply Management through the formal RFQ process
Planning and implementing New Product Programs
C-Projects Decision Implementation
Troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic & electrical assembly equipment
Troubleshooting current operations and implementing solutions
Desired Requirements:
Be open to variable shift (1st and 3rd)
Industrial Technology/Engineering degreesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
